Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to services provided by Two Dudes Junk Removal LLC (“Two Dudes,” “we,” “us”) and to your use of twodudesjunkremoval.com.

Services and estimates

We provide junk removal, cleanout, hauling, and related services in Maryland. Estimates are free and given on site based on the space your items take up in our truck. The price we quote before starting is the price you pay unless you add items or the scope changes, which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

Items we do not accept

We do not accept hazardous materials, including chemicals, fuel, oil, propane or other pressurized tanks, asbestos, or items with bed bugs. Paint is accepted only for commercial clients with a surcharge. We may decline any item we cannot legally or safely transport or dispose of.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the items to be removed. Arrival windows are estimates, and we will contact you if we are running early or late.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is complete unless other terms are agreed in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and checks.

Donation and disposal

Items removed become our responsibility to donate, recycle, or dispose of. Please remove anything you want to keep before the crew loads.

SMS Terms

  • Messages include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, estimates, invoices, review requests, and occasional offers if you opted in to them.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Text STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Limitation of liability

We take care when removing items. Our liability for any damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of repair or the amount paid for the service, whichever is less, except where prohibited by law. Please report any concerns within 48 hours of service.
